Emma Benyon is a self-care and motherhood coach and educator, supporting busy mums who are juggling the school run with a job and building a business with the tools to be less overwhelmed and have more balance, energy and clarity.
Emma is mum to a six year old and a qualified NLP, mBIT and Practical Magic Coach and full time post 16 educator. She is the editor of Positive Wellbeing Zine for Mums and host of the Self Care and Motherhood Edit podcast. Her passion is to support busy mums to have more time and energy for the all the things they enjoy and to have the tools to support and nurture themselves.
We discuss how often we’re attracted to working with people who are like ourselves and how often we’re our own ideal client and the gift of giving people access to the resources and tools we’ve learned. Emma shares her journey on becoming a mum and moving into coaching and the importance of the transparency of the realities of motherhood and how she moved from a product based business to into starting an NLP course. We talk about the obsession of continuous training and the juggle of motherhood, working and coaching and training and creating success with accepting compromise at times and that things take longer. We talk about the importance of taking time off and looking after yourself and the advice we’d give to other people.
