Sheila McLeod works as a transformational coach supporting individuals and businesses as they navigate change at work.

She  works with those who want to make a change, or have had change forced on them through 1:2:1 packages that offer people a space to learn more about themselves. Sheila helps them to get clear on what they want, what they are good at, what their values are, and an understanding of where their blocks are and how they want to go about achieving their goal. She also facilitate team sessions around mission, understanding their strengths, helping to improve internal communication and relationships and offers group coaching on leadership and wellbeing.
