Tapping into Calm for Mums - Learning how to use the power of EFT to quickly and effectively take control of your emotions in a matter of minutes.  This is a live event - no recordings will be available - Thursday 21st March - 7.30-8.30pm.

I’m an educator, thinker, mother, mentor and coach.

My coaching, support, teaching and cheerleading help you get from chaos and overwhelm to feeling happier, increase your confidence and a feeling of inner calm.  

I want you to emerge from the chaos into a life that’s exactly as you want it to be.  Done your way.  Without the conditioning, brainwashing and conformity. 

I help you get clear on what you want and where you want to be and I support you with a clear strategy to get you there.  Whether that’s working on your mind, healing, creating change, inserting a whole load more living or whatever else it is you need.

I want to show you that you can move away from all those negative thoughts and beliefs and instead focus on compassion, empathy, fulfilment, fun and balance with a 'cope with anything' mindset.
