This programme will take you from stuck to making life happen for YOU; a life that makes you feel alive, liberated and powerful.
So many of you are trained and conditioned to conform... eat this/don't eat this, do this/not this, be nice, everyone needs to like you, being busy is worn as a badge of honour....be thin, be lean, work harder, be more successful. It’s full of shame, guilt inducing and giving you more to do rather than more to enjoy.
We want to change that.
We want you to understand how to stop conforming and not be distracted by what is expected from you and start truly living.
It’s a rebellion.
And we want you to join us.

YES - I want this!"I joined WW to support me to make a commitment to myself and to integrate my self care in to the family’s regular routine/schedule. I think I said something about “getting myself on the calendar”.
It’s absolutely working - my regular swim/sauna times, ad hoc massage/reiki etc is now a family priority. It’s up there with the husbands marathon training, the kids extra curriculars. Not squeezed in “if possible”, it’s become a non negotiable.
As a by product my husband has taken a leaf from my book and started to make time to socialise with his friends again, and I’m sure this is because if what I’ve been modelling.
Even more importantly we’re talking about the very distinct link between these changes and how we’re getting on with each other, how much better we’re both feeling about ourselves.
This was my hope about what we could work towards as a family this year. Then this group came along (the prefect synchronicity)and here are are already and it’s only February.

The Wild Women Programme might mean...
Every single one of you will experience something different. For some it might be skinny dipping under the moonlight sky. For others it might be breaking up with old friends who make you feel awful about yourself and creating new friendships. For someone else it might starting up that new business or cafe you've always dreamed about. And for someone else it might be about wearing the bikini, learning to sail, writing the book, hiking up Ben Nevis, choosing sober living or going on a big solo adventure.
Wild Women is about removing yourself from expectations set on you by society that keep you trapped in drudgery, playing small, commitments or relationships to moving into a life where you're consciously choosing to live in the way that you want.
We won't tell you what you should be doing. You decide. We get you there.
This is for you if you:
- Have a great life on paper and yet still feel incomplete, like something is missing or that you have lost the joy along the way;
- Feel like your life is full on and yet you just end up zoning out on your phone resulting in lethargy and frustration for wasting time;
- Recognise your life is good - you have the house/kids/career/partner/car (or some of these) and whilst you know you should be feeling grateful you feel trapped and resentful by the non-stop list of things to do;
- Know there’s more to life but you just don’t know how to access it or how to get unstuck from all the commitments.

- To feel pleasure, seek joy comfortably and do the things you want to do (once you know what they are) meaning you feel truly like you’re living the best life you could;

The format:
Session 1: Wisdom and Instinct - 11th March
This session will bypass the inner chatter and connect with your inner wisdom and what your wild instincts are. By the end of the session you'll get clarity on what you truly want in your life - not what society has told you or conditioned you to believe but what your deep desires are.
Session 2: Liberation - 25th March
This session will uncover and liberate you from any beliefs/blocks/stories that are standing in the way from where you are right now to where you want to be and will come up with a plan to make it happen. By the end of this session you will have your roadmap to CREATE and LIVE.
Session 3: Declaration - 22nd April
This session will check in on your creation roadmap and support you with any emotional or physical blocks along the way (there will be some!). This session is about celebrating your declaration to yourself.
All sessions will be recorded if you can't make the sessions live.
The sessions are spaced with plenty of time in between for experimentation, discussion and support within our community group.

The course is hosted by Tricia Murray and Meg Murray Jones; two coaches and health and nervous system experts with over 25 years' experience in supporting women to dissolve feelings of stress and anxiety and THRIVE in life and work.
Tricia is a Mental Wellbeing Coach delivering mind-body solutions reducing and eliminating stress and anxiety and focussing on helping women to emerge into the person you want to be with a focus on easier, simpler and happier living.
Meg Murray Jones is a reflexologist, functional and therapeutic breath-work practitioner and Founder of Postpartum Plan; a company that supports parents at any stage to emotionally and physically recover and restore their nervous system.
