Christmas Ease 

In this 4 week course, Christmas Ease, it will take you from being frazzled, dreading and over planning Christmas to making it an experience where you’re fully present, full of joy and you feel alive and well.

 

This programme is not about organisation, batch cooking, systems or adding to your list; it’s about feeling GOOD, doing LESS, buying LESS and enjoying MORE.

This is for you if you LOVE Christmas and you:

  • Are an over thinker, over doer and over spender when it comes to Christmas;
  • Want everything to be perfect but in the aim of perfection you end up feeling exhausted, frazzled and resentful;
  • Have lists and lists and more lists;
  • Like to feel in total control but it ends up consuming you and taking up all your spare time;
  • Take everyone’s dramas and issues around Christmas as your own problems and try to please them all rather than focus on yourself;
  • Wake up in the night and spend hours planning matching PJs, presents, food, all the activities but at a cost to your own health, wellbeing and happiness.

And you want to:

  • Do less and buy way less and enjoy it all by learning about boundaries, choosing your own path and being totally comfortable at making decisions that suit your and your family’s own uniqueness;
  • Be able to laugh and smile at all the small things that your children do and watch their excitement and joy;
  • Sleep, rest and feel energised and have the headspace to manage normal life;
  • Feel calm and relaxed throughout the Christmas period so that whatever dramas or issues come your way, you’re able to easily manage them;
  • Be present knowing that Christmas is about presence rather than the presents meaning you’re sitting drinking hot chocolate and watching all the Christmas films or doing all the crafts that you love to with your kids;
  • Make Christmas special for everyone including yourself!
